How to read polls

Each poll asks about 1,000 people, so the margin of error is roughly 3 points per party. A one-point gap between two polls is usually noise. Different firms also run slightly different methods, which is why the average of several polls is more reliable than any single one. Polls measure party vote, not seats: how that turns into seats depends on the 5% threshold, electorate results and overhang.
