Campaigning on cutting spending and waste, lower emissions costs and more GPs.

## Climate and emissions
- Repeal the Zero Carbon Act and scrap the net zero by 2050 target.
- Benchmark the emissions cap against major trading partners instead of a fixed target.
- Remove the minimum price for emissions trading auctions and return 100% of net carbon auction revenue to New Zealanders through a carbon tax refund.
- Oppose a tax on agricultural emissions.

## Health
- Add $400 million to general practice: $100 million a year over four years, on top of normal capitation increases.
- Aim for GPs to average 36.4 hours a week, up from 33.9.

_This summary is limited to ACT announcements we could confirm in published reports. ACT has other policies not listed here._
